To whom it my concern

I have been a member with discovery for 5 months on the key care plus my husband got approval to see a specialist. In the specialist report send to discovery the Dr stated he had felt this way for a year. Which made them close my acc

when my husband went to the Dr he explained that he felt this way for -a year but just wanted to have a checked
we received the results and nothing was wrong . my complaint is that have have no right to just close our acc and not pay the specialist after they approved that we can see the Dr

I WANT MY ACC REOPENED AGAIN THIS IS JUST UNFAIR!!!
