What am I paying for -BAD Service

I called in after placing a claim for a Gynae appointment. Discovery refused to pay for the consultation but they paid for the test. the reason for declined claim was that I had not called in for a authorisation. The doctor I had seen ius a listed Keycare doctor. I called and spoke to customer care dept, they trnsf me to Phiwe a service manger, I explained i had changed schemes and qwas unaware that I had to request an Auth number to see this doctor. I had not received my policy wording and was not aware I needed authorisation for this doctor. Phiwe was going to investigate amd call me back 6 Days later I sit on hold with Discovery looking for some / any feedback no one can trnsf me to Phiwe, I was told on Thursday someone wld call me first thing on Friday morning. This is dispicable service. I pay my monthly premium Discovery needs to pull up their socks and play their part, very disgusted in the service levels provided and I want this claim paid with Urgency!
