I had complained on Hello Peter about the poor response I had received to my emails concerning my becoming a member of Bonitas. The day of my complaint I was contacted by Lammetjie who handled my queries from there on out. She answered all my questions and sent me the forms I needed. Where there were problems on my application form she immediately phoned me and sorted them out. She phoned me almost every day, until my application was approved, keeping me up to date on what was happening and what I needed to do. She was very friendly and helpful and within 1 week everything was sorted out (hassle-free) and I am now a member of Bonitas!
