The owner is notorious for not paying deposits based on the flimsiest of excuses. He accuses tenants of damaging furniture and bullies female tenants with threats of eviction. He borrows money from tenants and over-inflates accounts with additional charges. Tenants have been evicted based on assumption and their deposits withheld. Or after a tenant has left, damages are "discovered" so deposit not paid back. The house is often in darkness because he tries to save on pre-paid electricity and it states full DSTV, but a very limited bouquet is offered. He also operates under aliases, but the photos are the same in various websites. best is to avoid this place. Most tenants have happily left there, relieved to be out of the place.
