We made used of Gerhard Ras services when he worked at Remax. When our second tenants breached their contract, he came up with stories that the deposit was by the company he used to invest it in. That is when we found out, he is no longer with Remax but started his own company. Then when we started having problems with the 3 tenant, and we asked for the contract, he signed a contract with them for 8 years lease without escalation of rent thats problem 1. Then when she moved, he dissapeared from the scene, doesnt answer emails or calls. So we the owners had to pay back the tenants deposit, problem 2. The tenants in the flat has also paid a deposit to him, and we now have to cover that as well.
