No help, indifference and victimization

On Tuesday 3 Sept 2013 two Implats employees went to the hospital for medical exam and report for Rand Mutual Assurance claim for injury's sustained in an motor accident on duty. We worked night shift from 21:30 until 06:00 the Tuesday morning and went straight from work to the hospital to expedite the medical exam as speedily as possible. At 11:00 that morning we still waited for help, when we phoned around and complained about the poor service the nursing staff at the doctors waiting room the verbal abuse and intimidation exploded around the two employees heads to such an extend that both had to flee the hospital without treatment. We are two hardworking shift workers that had to go home and sleep for the next night shift, we did not want to book off-sick or cause difficulty, we just asked for some consideration for our work requirements.
