Listing a client on the Credit Bureau

For the past 7 months i have been in the UAE, 23 November 2012 i received a mail from Mr Wesley Williams saying i owe Discovery R812.74, i replied to the mail on the 23 November 2012 requesting a breakdown/details of the outstanding amount, a automated email was sent with a reference number saying a consultant will respond via mail/telephonically within 5 days, (did they do as promise? No) 15 January 2013 i sent another mail received a new reference number but no reply... I was now told by a relative a letter was now sent again saying i have been listed on the credit bureau after i have sent mails requesting breakdowns, so why does Discovery have emails saying consultant will return your requests and how easy it is for Discovery to list you on credit bureau without making proper effort... Bad service as every month i spent R1800 and now i owe them R812.75 because i "overspent" on 1 month? but the previous year i hardly used the scheme... PATHETIC!
