Lack of personalized service with Discovery. I am looking at opening a new medical aid, joining vitality and opening a credit card with them. Emails are all automated and ask you to re send the same information you have sent through before - which i have now refused to do again. I got a message to call back someone, I did return a call, twice, left a message and no response. Going back onto the mail to find out what is happening with the process and all I get are automated responses requesting me to send my details again. I then call the call centre and there is no option for overall complaints.
Please guys and girls all i want is to be helped and showed what the right options are for me. This has been outstanding for over two weeks now.
