False Advertising

I Applied to Discovery Health's Keycare Plus Program.

I always paid the premium requested.
I went for dentistry and when I needed to claim all these "by laws" was presented to me that was not in the sales brochure or given to me after signing of the contract.

I have been disputing this procedure as I feel that it was blatant FALSE advertising from them.

I have yet to speak to someone that is able to assist me.

I just get passed on to the next available person and there's also no uniformed information that can be given as one employee says A and the next says B etc.

I will advise anyone to NOT deal with this company as they deliberately to their clients and refuse to handle the problem.

This is a perfect example of FALSE/MISLEADING information to generate sales and from the general public.
