I went to a dentist and used my own funds to make the process quicker, given that I was in urgent need of medical attention.
I then emailed discovery all the documents they say are required for a claim (as stipulated on THEIR website) to be processed on May 22, they send back an automated response with a reference 2862214834 and never got back to me.
I then emailed again on April 25, and got another reference via automated response with reference 28209665215. No word from them to this day.
This isn't the first time I'm bombarded with automated responses from discovery with no actual service. Its disgusting how they treat people that pay them thousands of their hard earned money on a monthly basis! I'm appalled but not at all surprised by the SHODDY SERVICE!
