I was contacted by Dynamic Trading Solutions and agreed to have a meeting with one of their consultants. I met with Dwayne McDonald on Wed 29 May 2013, and after an hour of figures, i purchased the sotware to be able to trade on the JSE. After further thought, i am not interested in the product, and contacted Dwayne this morning to cancel. There is a 5 day cooling off period, that stipulates you may cancel, provided the package is unopened, not tampered with, installed, or registered. I have been told that i cannot cancel because i have already been registered. I fail to understand how the product can be registered if it hasnt even been installed on my PC? Very unhappy at this point, as all i want is my money back.
