In June, 2012 we bought a program with Sharetrackin. In the sales pitch we were told in no uncertain terms that if we decide after 2-6 months we do not want the program, we will get a full refund, no questions asked.
During this time, we played some on the program, but with a problem on the system, the technician from Sharetrackin, telephonically deleted the program, and it was never re-installed.
On asking to have the deal cancelled, Jan said he only works on what the contract says, not what the sales person promised. Therefor we cannot claim the return without any questions asked.
To this day and after contacting Jan, we still do not have the program. But we are still paying for it. We only had the use of this R20 000-00 program for two months. Nothing since and no effort to have it fixed.
What do we do?
