Hi, I required a simple quotation for rates and prices at The Ritz in Seapoint. I had supplied all of my details such as number of required rooms, I even requested that the rooms be on the same floor. I needed this quotation on the 29th of August 2013, for planning purposes amonst my friends who will be accompanying me. The lady, Elizabeth, assured me that she will get it to me. I supplied her with my e-mail ad and even sent her an e mail on that afternoon. I spent the entire afternoon checking my mail and nothing had come through. On the morning of the 30th of August 2013 (Today) I called her, and she said that she will work on it right away, she didnt. I called her again... and she said the same thing but this time, even asked me 'Can I have your e mail ad please? '... I asked to speak to another lady thereafter and she assured me that she will give me something in writing in 10 minutes, I have been waiting 15 minutes already.. lets hope she doesnt stink as bad as Elizabeth!
