I reported my fridge not working, to Samsung SA, on 2 January 2012. On 3 Jan a lady called and I requested that she call me in 10 mins time, to which she agreed. This never happened. I reported it on 4 Jan again. A gentleman phoned me and said he would respond within 30 minutes. This never happened. A lady sent me an e-mail and was so setmon finding out whether it was in warranty or not. I responded that I needed it fixed and would pay. On Monday 7 Jan, I reported it again and someone went to investigate. No response. On Friday 11 Jan, I called again and was assured that I would receive a response in 30 minutes. No response.
On 15 Jan I called again and after holding form30 minutes, was told to expect a call within 30 minutes. No call, but an e-mail with a quote and an instruction to pay, before work commences. I requested that work commences, as I am in Jhb and could not eft but would make sure that payment would take place upon completion.
Again I received an e-mail instructing me to pay before work commences.
My R14000 Samsung fridge has now been an oven for 2:weeks and Samsung seem to not give a about this. With all my Samsung products, they better.
