This guy needs to be sent on a telephone course. He repeated the same thing over and over even after i told him i understood and explained it back to him to prove it. I had asked him a question about a matter and i don't know if he thought he was being clever to avoid the question but he got me so worked up by repeating the cause instead of trying to come to a solution that I resorted to shouting and profanity!!! Telkom doesn't even get me to that point!!! Hanson, wake up bru and learn that you are not a sole entity but represent a company and when clients talk to you they are actually talking to Discovery!
