A few days ago i called you to find out if a certain procedure was covered by my health plan and was assisted by Roberto Rampersad. Roberto was so efficient, providing me with all the information I asked for and more. What really blew me away was the genuine compassion he showed me. Anyone who's having any sort of tests or procedures done know that it can be really scary so that extra bit of support and understanding really made me feel at ease. So thank you Roberto - After an entire day of taking calls from members, I really appreciate that you still gave me such amazing service.
