I called discovery to change our monthly debit from 5th to the 15th of the month. This was the response, sure no problem to later be told that the usual debit on the 1st would take place for the full premium and the 15th again for the full premium.. This some how didn't sound right to me so I queried it to get a bad attitude in return. I then asked to speak to a manager to clarify this, she responded saying she is the person in seniority and was put through to someone else, who once again couldn't answer my questions and responded in a very obnoxious tone.

Astia Lazarus and Hutson Mawila are the 2 people I communicated with regarding this matter. Both had bad attitudes and couldn't answer a simple question.

My question was very simple, my premium paid on the 5th covers me until the 5th of the next month. My new date will again be debited on the 15th.. So in actual fact I am paying for over half a month extra without any benefit. Will this amount be credited or what happens with the monies? I think this is a reasonable question that deserves a reasonable answer. I do have a huge problem with this as it's actually daylight, and no one at Discovery can answer this question?
