On 3 October I phoned the call centre regarding a question why my payment for Discovery Insure went up. I couldn't get an answer why. I asked the consultant to investigate.
Later the day I received a new policy schedule where the Vitality Drive option has been removed.
After hours on the phone the mistake hasn't been rectified. I asked to spoke to a manager who told me that Discovery never removed the option and after a while of shouting back and forth, there was no help. He promised to phone me back, now I am waiting.
