I claimed for the dentist with the slip stating - 'paid, please refund member' and my claims statement required proof of payment, which I provided. This was in OCTOBER. It is now JANUARY, and I have sent multiple emails and have made lots of phone calls for a response and my refund... Each statement says I've claimed too many times, which I clearly haven't as the second claim provided a proof of payment. Gems is quick in sending smss stating that my 'correspondence inquiry is under review' but I am yet to receive an email or phone call with a real explanation, never mind my money!
