Im seriously not happy I have just received a mail Notice of Debit Reversal. My monthly premium was 2673 with no notification it has changed to 2939 therefore it was returned. In Dec 2012 I went to the doctor I was informed that my medical aid was suspended since 2011 which I only joined momentum in nov 2012, the lady that assisted was very rude then she said that it will be my last visit, where from my side it is my first on this new medical aid. After seeing the doctor I called in I was advised that I received the incorrect cards. A week later I received a call from the doctor saying that I have an outstanding amount the medical did not pay. I received the new cards then my daughter fall ill we rushed her to garden city and they said that they do not take this medical aid, but from the info I have gathered they are on your panel I then went to Malberton and was informed the same thing, it is frustrating for a mother with a sick child to be sent from pill to post. We were then referred to Brenthurst were she was attended too. If this is the kind of service I am going to receive from you then I will cancel and you will reimburse my premium that I have paid, because I have received no
