Making their problem mine

I have queried my Discovery Card not picking up and Healthyfood benefit for almost a year.(Query Sent 25 Feb 2013 - REF 2 748 344 921) I waited over a month for a response that wasn't saying "We are working on it".

When I finally did get feedback, I was told that they couldn't pick up any purchases on my credit card and that I would have to supply till slips if I wanted to receive any payment.

I replied that I did not keep slips for almost a year and that it was not my fault if I had been going about the process the correct way and the fault was indeed on their side.

Amazingly this previous month end i suddenly started receiving the benefit again, even though nothing had changed on my side.

I would like to know how Discovery intend to reimburse me for the months where i received nothing, based on the fact that I was receiving on average R100 back per month.
