As I Write this i feel very frustrated and disapointed. when i took this plan i thought was taking a medical aid and it turns out the R1735 i am paying a month is a donation to discovery. went to gp today and he flatly refused to consult me . went as far as telling me to go to another doctor and that he has patients going as far as Jburg. Called discovery a countless numbrr of time to explain my problem but ended up not getting any help. what is the point of paying so much only to be declined when u actualy need to see a docto r its not like i plan to get sick on a specific day. I do not knw what I am paying for coz i am stil paying cash when i go to c a doctor I have never used ma medical aid . i find it appauling that a doctor in your network can tell me to take ma business sumwhere else whereas I am sick .worse wasnt evn rude to him. I am disapointed in al this and with both the service provider and for discovery failure to help me get medicsl assistance
