Bad customer service

My doctor/psychologist sent a PMB (motivation) to my medical aid on the 8th of July. I waited for 3 weeks for a response and nobody got back to me so I called to enquire and I was told Thando is handling my case and will give me response in 5 days. I was obviously not happy as I've waited ions already. I remember specifically asking if I should call again in 5 days but I was assured someone will call me. It is now over a month and 3 weeks and when I call to enquire, NOTHING has been done on my account. I'm being told they are waiting for someone's response (medical adviser) but my main concern is why was I not called to be informed that my application was approved, delayed or rejected. No one is taking ownership and I'm frustrated and disappointed when all I need is therapy to recover from my hijacking.
