Failure to pay for bloods and non compliance = CPA

The matter subject refers:

I called bankmed to enquire about the benefits on my plan before going to the hospital, where i was taken from pillar to post (about 3 calls and being transferred more than 6 times). I was told that I should go to the cover hospital expenses. Alas, I received a call from the blood testing company requesting a fee of R3218.00 from myself. I requested them to give me time to sort matters out with my medical aid company, till date I am yet to receive a viable feedback and I have been to feel like an imbecile of note with holding response of no substance and not coming back to me.

I requested tapes of the recordings between myself and the consultants in aspirations to determine any misunderstandings that could have led to bankmed not settling my bill till to date I am yet to recarea of concern is that it took BankMed almost a year to deliver my medical aid card.

in my opinion this company should be closed and save all of us the non sense they call service as non takes place.

As I am writing this concern herein; my credit record is not desirable through such similiar stunts
