My wife has two things go seriously go wrong with this medical aid.
First case she fell out the shower and damaged her knee. Medical aid said they need to investigate if it was a prior injury. Like REALLY??? They kept giving excuse on need investigation. 3 weeks later still on system as investigating. Nothing was done.

Now more importantly my wife is pregnant. We did all the procedures by medical aid. Go to doctor. Had the test done she was just over 2 weeks pregnant. Happy days.. Medical Aid was informed and told us what we be covered for. All good. And she will be covered in January for Baby. Only 2 gyne consultations are covered by medical aid so we waited for the most important scan 3 month for all the tests to be done by gyne. And medical aid turns around and says investigation needs to be done... REALLY??? Is she pregnant... REALLY!!! They know shes pregnant. They are the most incompetent Medical aid i have ever come across.
You cant get hold of any management... Only call centre people that contradict each other. One tells you one story and other will tell you something else.
