We are a training company and I booked accommodation for Mr Jan Pelser. I had originally booked it with Jessica and booked Dinner, Bed and Breakfast. I received my invoice and paid it before Mr Pelser arrival. A month after his departure from the Hotel, I receive a call to say that his breakfast was not paid for in the original invoice. So my argument was that Jessica said that all the meals had been included in the quotation. Also, how did Mr Pelser have breakfast if he was not booked for it because Protea Hotel have a list of guests who are booked for breakfast. The end result is that my company received a final letter of demand of Noel told me to send him a letter explaining the situation and he would sort it out. I am shocked at the service i have received from Protea
