Incompetence is strong with this one

So I left my current employer in October 2012 and was on the medical scheme with Discovery through my company. Only sms I ever received from Discovery was to give me the chance to take the medical aid on my own name which I didn't want to. That was it. Fast forward to May 2013. I received an sms from a company called ITC BA telling me "Arrest your debt" with contact details. I call this number and get told I owe Discovery money and have been handed to them for collection. Fine, I paid them in full on 26/06/2013 and faxed through the POP. I get another sms today to tell me to pay R500 or incur further fees.?? So now I need to charge them for every email and phone call I have to make to insure they do their job?? O and they charge R20 per call, meaning your account is already up to R140 excl the emails. Pathetic to say the least. Now I have sent through the POP again, this time via email. Let's see if someone can do their job this time.
