I have now for a number of months e-mailed and phoned to air my unhappiness with the way in which code 476 is treated. This code is on the monthly detailed statement in a column that is headed "Portion not payabl and is explained as "We paid the amount on this line at the agreed dispensing fee for this network pharmacy". This amount then appears, on the feedback to the pharmacy, oman on-line as "levy", (the amount that I must pay).
I have submitted, per e-mail and fax. copies of the relevant invoices. This then led to me getting replies from the call centre as "that discount is for Discovery to get".
If I say that there have been calls back to me on at least 10 to 15 and 10 to 15 different people with promises to sort this out, is not really overstating the numbers. each one dies a natural death. This ha now been on for 6 to 12 months!
