Up until I gave birth I used to boast about how great my medical aid is. Now they owe me R10 000. This was the money I used from my saving to pay my gynaecologist for delivering my baby. Now I don't have money to pay the preniums so they suspended me. I have mailed them twice and still they haven't addressed the matter. They also short payed one of the doctors saying that he's not part of them or whatever couldn't they tell me this when I phone to pre-authorise my hospital stay. Its so weird you pay your premiums of R2000 and this is the agony you have to go through. And the truth maybe that me leaving this medical aid won't cause harm today but I'm sure I'm not the only one being wronged pretty soon many people will want to leave which lead to retrenchment. And liquidation. And this is not end of my complaining Fedhealth is going to pay me for all this emotional trauma. I have spoken to my lawyers and we taking this matter forward
