On the 15th of August in the early evening I rushed my 9 year old daughter to the Trauma Unit and Life The Glynwood after she burnt her hand with cooking oil. Within a minute of arriving there she was rushed to triage and she was ushered into the consulting rooms. The Dr and male nurse on duty (i forgot their names) were very prompt and friendly. I did not think there are people out there who still take their calling seriously. The Dr was very open and explained everything. He went the extra mile of calling in a Plastic Surgeon to have a look at the wound before we were sent home. From the bottom of my heart I would like to say thank you for such prompt service. Just a pity i cannot say; I cannot wait to go back there again.
