Discovery Total Disregard to it clients

I refer to my application to join Discovery on 22rd July 2013. Three weeks ago my Broker had limited information to say, there seems to be an event of non-disclosure in 2003. I have not yet received a courtesy SMS / Email or call in regards to my application which speaks volumes of Discovery. Is this how Discovery you does business. Since 2003 I have joined DH twice as corporate member and disclosed my seasonal rhinitis condition as it was known to me and been acceptedI have a life policy, two retirement policies and vitality. Does Discovery think that it's above everybody else in the industry and can do as you wish?
It is an embarrassment to Discovery New applications dept. I am a prof Health & Safety Specialist, I achieved my Master's Degree and my long term goal in 2013 to consecutively run my 20th Comrades Marathon and in various national marathons. I have an excellent health and don't use chronic medication, my medical test for life policy with Discovery was excellent, I cannot get a simple answer as a client then the CEO should examine its people, process and underwriting policies.
