Lancet
Negligent - refuses to compensate

On the 5/08/13 my Fiance went to Lancet for a blood test to confirm her pregnancy. After the blood test she complained on how sore her arm was. Her arm started to swell and turn blue. This also affected her muscle on her arm which restricted her from taking care of our baby at home and her work duties. On the 12/08/13 we went back to the Lancet offices to lodge a complaint. I was refered to Mr Rajen. He has agreed to pay the bills for all the treatment required. We were taken to a Dr by Rajen to access the problem. The Dr refered us to have an Ultrasound done. He was unsure if the erea on the arm was bacteria infected, since my fiance was pregant and he couldn't prescribe any anti-biotics. The Dr prescribed some pain tabs and gel for some relief. The Dr issued a medical cert and put her off work for 3 Days. Rajen got us the meds and took us to set an appointment with the Radiologist. The appointment was set for the 13/08/13.At 15h45 Rajen called me to advise they will not be paying the Ultrasound bills and will not be compensated for my fiance absences from work. If My fiances arm is infected and has an effect with the pregnancy or her arm Lancet will be totally responsible and will be SUED.
