I would like to bring to your attention that I have received three accounts from this practitioner for the date 20 April 2013 for three different names. I have requested from my medical aid whether they have received an account from these people for this date and the only account they received for this date was for the amount of R1028.20 which was settled by them. Medical aid told me that the account they settled was the only account they received for the 20 April besides the pathologist account. A month later my son was taken up in hospital and I paid cash because my medical aid funds was exhausted. They issued me with a receipt of payment. Yet I received a phone call from them two weeks later stating that I did not pay my account. I then told them that I paid cash as my medical aid was exhausted and then they apologized. In June I then received an account from them to the amount of R 487.50 for my son who was treated for Intravenous treatment and nebulization. I then called them and said that my son was not in hospital on that day and he wasn't treated for what they claim for. My son was however in hospital on the 24 May 2013 and this account was settled via cash.
