Thanks to Genevieve for sorting out my query that I have tried to solve through the call centre for the last 3 months. just sorry I had to use Hellopeter to get results. Why aint the call centre agents not also well trained and knowledgeable to sort out queries? Thank you very much Genevieve for your very pleasant and competent solving of my problem. Thanks again!!!
