Discovery late penalty

Hi. I contacted discovery a while ago about my late penalty deductions, so i spoke to Genevieve Fredericks from discovery and she needed info to stop late penalty so i forwarded all info and she saaid that the late penalty is stopped, then after 2 months it contuneud being deducted from my salary. so i contacted discovery and she said to contact HR at the mine< so i did and they asked for info and i asked Discovery for info to send to them. so its been 3 months of deducting this discovery late penalty from my salary and no one can stop this, so who is getting the money becuz discovery says they not receiving anything, they say that its another company deducting it, well its there name on the patyslip so it discovery that shoukld stop it.
