In general today, most people complain more about service than one gets compliments.
I have been in sales for 24 years and wanted to tell you how outstanding Genevieve has been!
I made contact with her quite a while ago as I was keen to start sending sms's. She took her time and explained thoroughly
how everything worked and sent me the necessary. She didn't "hound" me over the next few months when I didn't contact her.
She simply gave me the time to make the decision. I explained I didn't have the time to do everything as it should be done and apologized for not
getting back to her sooner.
She offered to assist me and told me not to stress, she would help with whatever I needed.
This indeed is a feather in your cap! She is outstanding at what she does, nothing is too much trouble for her, and she is as efficient as
anyone would need to be in her position. Genevieve is an asset to your company and I have already recommended her to some of my colleagues.
Thanks Genevieve - you are a star! (By the way, someone offered me sms packages yesterday and told me they were "cheaper". I explained I wouldn't change
as I had an amazing lady assisting me!)
