I was admitted to hospital in May, subsequent to which I had to have pathology reports, x rays and daily visits from a specialist referred by my doctor. I had an operation to my leg in MAY I have sent in the bills which I was advised to do. Today is the 12th day of AUGUST - still NO payment. I have phoned regularly and always been assured of their help - BUT, to date - NOTHING. Almost a R1000 payment every month and FOR WHAT?? I'm extremely angry and I hope that the less fortunate people who have signed up have not been held back for so long. ONEGROUP - where's the glue which SHOULD bind you together?
