No statement for October/November sent out for the second time in three months. Please advise.

Also no feedback on the last query on hellopeter on Free WIFI. Please advise..

Also waiting for a contract upgrade from your Loyalty department which is not forthcoming.

Does your company want money? I know I as a family shareholder of Telkom do. Please advise.
