Executive managers not having time clients

This is the email I sent to the Executive Head of the Closed Schemes and his Bankmed Executive Manager at Metropolitan Health. I'm yet to receive acknowledgement of receipt of my email or a reply from one of them. This email was sent on the 16 January 2013:

I'm a member of your scheme Bankmed and enrolled on a comprehensive plan. My wife is pregnant and am battling to get a specialist who charges scheme rates. All the specialists I called requires me to pay cash up front and then claim from my medical aid. I have already paid a R1000 cash and claimed back but was only paid R275. 50. This happened in Decempber 2012.

My wife has another appointment and will need to book a bed. The specialist requires a deposit of R2500 cash up front again. They quoted me R6000 for delivery which is due early March this year 2013. I'm concerned I'm contributing more than R4600 per month towards my medical aid but not really enjoying the benefits.

Can you please help me get an appropriate specialist that charges medical aid rates because I can't afford to lose money like this?
