After having problems with discovery Jennelle Appanna helped me sort it all out. She phone me a few times to explain all the procedures and gave me options on how we could solve them, she also phoned to follow up and help me. I'm very happy to say I am with Discovery and know that there are good, friendly and helpful people working there.
