My fiancee had a baby on 06/08/2013 (C - section). We had to use our savings to come up with an amount of R 29 000 to cover the operation. We made the decision to go with Life healthcare Robinson (good referral). Everything went fantastic the credit controller was very help full, the gynaecologist was fantastic, the staff from the theatre excellent. The nurses were help full and friendly. BOOKED UPFRONT!!! We were told each patient gets her own private room, bathroom, tv.( word of mouth). Instead she was put in a pre admission room to share with another patient. The bathroom, one door for the patients, another door leading to some delivery room. My fiancee busy cleaning herself and staff just walk in from the delivery room. Last night 07/08/2013 the lady next to her had visitors 6 people same time, my fiancee is breast feeding excellent. This morning 08/08/2013 boyfriend laying on the bed (with shoe's) and she sitting on the chair.
Everybody else has there own room, is my money not good enough, we feel robbed. I feel like an, instead of her feeling special on her special day, this was a bad experience. Bye R29 000 Thanks Robinson. My fiancee and baby got a room today but coming home tomorrow
