My husband went there for his new glasses 15 April 2013... a Few months later he receives a account stating it is 90 dae in arreas! Well now our Medical wont be paying due to insufficient funds (there was enough funds when he visted Mellins) but due to there lack of processing, we are liable for payment! This is utterly unacceptable, please sort this out ASAP with our medical aid!
