INCOMPETENT DOCTORS

My husband fell-injured his leg on 01/08/13-was rushed by ambulance to hospital. Upon arrival the DR on duty Andrew Danckwertz refused to treat him until a file was opened. his exact words ''Patient should wait in waiting room until file is opened''- even though my husband was lying in a stretcher because he couldnt walk and was in immense pain. X-rays were done- which took forever. I had to go personally to the x-ray room to follow up. DR took forever to attend to my husband. His consultation with him after the x-rays was approx 1 min. Prescription was given for pain, inflammation and clutches- no hard plaster for his leg- nor did they even bother to bandage the leg. The DR said it was just a sprain. Our next appointment was on Monday 05/08/13. DR AD Heyman who was alot more friendly but also failed in his capacity as a health care professional- My husband was still in alot of pain- another prescription was given for bandages- another appointment has been made 12/08/13. Dr said that the the bone might be cracked- surely if this was a possibility they must treat it has such? We have since been to a family DR who says his leg does not look well and will be referring us somewhere else
