Most pathetic customer service

I got poor service from day one. I made an appointment, had to wait for an hour on arrival. The receptionist was so untrained she did not even know how to work the system. There was an excess payment for my specs, asked them to forward their banking details, to pay excess... never happened, had to drive to them and pay cash as they did not want to manufacture my specs before the excess was paid. Asked them to please"PHONE"me when the specs arrived... did not happen. I had to phone them, only to find out the glasses had been there for a few days... The only thing the receptionist said was we tried sms'ing you... A week after I received my glasses Spec savers inform me that the excess I paid was too much and there is a refund they will send the details... guest what NEVER happened. I had to drive there AGAIN to fill in forms to claim my own money back.(waste of my time). And was told by your incompetent receptionist that the payment will take place after the medical aid settled the account. I phoned the medical aid as this payment should have been made. They told me that SPECSAVERS had not send them the banking details... this is the most pathetic customer service I had ever experience
