Dept. High care- while visiting a friend, she asked me to call a nurse she needed to relieve herself, the nurse did not respond immediately she just responded with less interest (she just said O) then she continued a conservation with someone I found her chatting with, after 5 minutes she came with another nurse to help the patient. Only to get a feedback after that from my friend who is a patient that every time she calls a nurse to help her relieve herself, they do not respond quickly. The patient is just coming form the ICU and still weak to help herself hence she's still in High Care Ward but sad that she doesn't receive the high care she deserves. very disappointed and hurt
