I am dealing with Bonitas since October 2012 but always found that the call centre in Florida were not really co-operative in handling my queries in respect of member JM Schaekers 02024815279.
That all changed when I lodged a repeated query on 18/6/2013. Refer to queries 020713Q0N5M6 - 020713Q0N5M6 - 02024815279 [MI257375452]. These were handled by a lady, named Salome Mankgela. She contacted me on several instances by phone and by e-mail. She always took the time to inform me about the status of the claim and tried her utmost to solve the problems to my satisfaction. In my opinion she always tried to go the extra mile. She gives consideration to the fact that the querying member may be correct and that the Medical Scheme may have erred. I hope that these excellent aspects of her are recognised by her superiors. She is really an asset to the Company. I know now to whom I shall address any queries I may have in the future in respect of Mr. Schaekers. Keep up the good work, Salome, and you shall make a success of your chosen career. Leo Neeleman
