I am one of 1 life directs clients who is not happy at all. I received a call from their call centre informing me that a nurse has to come and do blood tests for my policy of which I agreed but their nurse never pitched.
I called them again on Monday the 09th of September wanting to know of what was happening and I was told " sorry" the nurse had your wrong email address. I asked them to reschedule as I believe in giving people second chances and they promised that the nurse will come see me on Friday the 13th Of September 2013 at 10H00 but up until now . the nurse has not arrived. if 1life cannot be able to sort out a simple thing like a mere appointment how will I know that my daughter will be taken care of. I want to cancel everything including my investment policy
