Bad treatment

Our grandmother was taken to Muelmed six weeks ago in an ambulance. The treatment she received was appalling. At the end of the 5 weeks, she left the hospital with bed sores and in a worse condition. Every time we asked the nurses how her condition was, you were told different stories and were given the impression that all was well. We know that she is old but she deserved to be treated with dignity. Compaining to the hospital management on her care, fell on deaf ears.
