I requested a Health Record in 2011for my daughter and I as their website would not allow me to download due to technical errors. (Error reference: 1722415969-1317375814629)
I have advised their IT department and numerous other departments and sent them copies of the error messages etc and they call and say the problem will be resolved and they will attend to my query
I have lost count on the number of consultants who apologise for the inconvenience and promise to send to me the health record immediately.
Its nearly TWO YEARS later and i am still requesting the information on a REGULAR basis and being advised "Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be done" I have sooooo many reference numbers but no information i have requested.
How much longer do i have to wait??
