Thought MEDIHELP is compassionate? - THINK AGAIN

Expect Medical aid company's to have some sort of campassion, or atleast be trying to assist people. If you looking for the complete opposite to this, dial MEDIHELP.
Their call centres takes no less than 60 minues to get through (if you do).
There staff try to follow the process of dealing with angry customers, but along the way they develop some sort of attitude & tone, throwing everything they learnt during their induction of how to deal with angry customers.
"Angry! "because I am waiting for almost a week for some sort of assistance for my sick wife. n fact, I waited a full 3 days for someone to give us authorisation for an operation, then 40 minutes before she was scheduled to get an operation, I finally get some call, but the call was to say they investigating the matter. WHAT HAVE THEY BEEN DOING FOR 3 DAYS THAT THEY ONLY DECIDE 40 MINUTES BEFORE SURGERY THAT GOING TO INVESTIGATE
In between all of this, trying to get hold of someone to speak to or have some sort of help is a tedious exercise-for example am writting this complaint while waiting for the call centre to answr.
so BAD that people at the hospital tell me "they dont want to deal with medihelp, I must phone them
